Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of School Messaging Platform, provided by KalsoonTech Solutions Limited, Nairobi, Kenya.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all messages sent from your school account. Accounts are intended for use by the school's authorised administrative staff.
Acceptable use
You may only message parents and guardians who expect communication from your school. Unsolicited marketing, misleading content and any use that breaches Kenyan law or your SMS provider's rules is prohibited and may result in suspension.
SMS credits and billing
Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire. One credit covers up to 160 characters; longer messages consume additional credits. Credits are non-refundable once messages have been submitted to the provider.
Delivery
We currently deliver to Safaricom numbers. Delivery depends on mobile networks, so we cannot guarantee delivery times. Failed messages are reported back to you in your delivery reports.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited to the value of unused credits in your account. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from undelivered messages.
