Data we collect
We collect the school details you provide at registration (school name, contact email and phone), the parent and student information required to send SMS, and records of the messages you send, including delivery status and credits used.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to deliver SMS on your behalf, calculate fee balances for reminders, maintain your credit balance and provide delivery reports. We never sell or rent your data, and we never use parent contacts for our own marketing.
Security and isolation
Every school's records are isolated using database row-level security, so only your authorised staff accounts can read your data. Provider credentials are stored as encrypted server secrets and are never exposed to the browser.
Data retention
Message content and recipient details are retained according to the retention period configured in your Settings page, after which detailed records are purged and only aggregate statistics remain.
